I have been in Healthcare for 25 years, with the last 5 years in emergency nursing. My passion to become a Nurse Coach started because I see people are looking for more natural ways to feel better. I experienced my own health journey and made changes that created a better me. As a nurse, it is in my nature to help others, and going back to basics in lifestyle can create change and motivate forward progress. I feel I have the knowledge and tools to provide education and support to help others find their True North in Well-Being.

Discovery Call $30.00

WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE?
Let's start by connecting. During a 30-minute discovery call, we can discuss your needs and determine if the onboarding package is the right fit for you.
Onboarding Package. $250.00 for all 3 appointments
​
This is for three separate appointments.
1. The first appointment is a comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle, and personal characteristics. This appointment can be up to two hours.

*Things helpful for the first appointment are:
Lab work for the past two years, if available
Full list of medications and supplements with doses. For the supplements, know the brand you are using.
​
2. The second appointment will be two to three weeks later, and I will present a plan of action for you based on my knowledge of health and experience as a nurse. This appointment can be up to an hour.
3. The third appointment will be two months later to assess the progress of the plan in action. This appointment will be for us to discuss what's working, what isn't, and what it looks like going forward. This appointment can be up to an hour.

*If you sign up for the Onboarding package at our discovery call, a payment of $250.00 will be required, as well as scheduling the three appointments. The $30.00 fee for the discovery call will not be charged. If you decide not to buy the Onboarding Package at the Discovery call, you will be expected to pay the $30.00 for the time in the call.
A la carte
These appointments are only available to those who have completed the Onboarding Package.

One Hour Appointment. $60.00

This could be to elaborate on areas we were addressing in the Onboarding Package, or it could be for a new problem.
​Thirty-minute appointment. $30.00
​
This could be used for small things that come up, or just to revisit a plan or action we have created. This is the "I forgot what was said, or I found something new I want to know about" appointment. Casual and could be used to "check in".
